Miriam Hatem

Over the years, Miriam’s style evolved through studying and experimenting with the many different techniques and forms of art, ranging from painting, sculpting and installations. Her recent interest has been shining light on grotesque imagery in an aim to portray real time, sometimes disregarded, issues such as animal slaughter for sustenance and obesity.  She uses different mediums to express her vision include both acrylics and oil paint with material ranging from raw sheets of canvas and wood panels.
